Welcome to the Fourth Iceman Triathlon and XTERRA Iceman!! Iceman truly has a little something for everyone with both road and XTERRA (off-road) triathlon, aquabike and duathlon options. Age group winners in the XTERRA triathlon qualify for The XTERRA World Championships!!
New for 2023 is the addition of a 5km run, a SUP/kayak division and the gravel bikes are allowed.

The Poor Clares are happy to host this event – now in it’s 14th year and running! The Nun Run is The Poor Clare’s biggest annual fundraise, and the most successful, thanks to YOU! With distances of 10K, 5K, 1 mile and a Prayer walk, there is something for everyone. The Nuns wish to “thank you ahead of time” for your support and they look forward to seeing you at the Run!
