Join the Sole Squad! The 18th annual Heart & Sole 5K & 1 Mile race is the perfect way to celebrate National Heart Health Month is a great activity for serious and recreational runners alike. This year’s race takes place at Goodyear Civic Square.

RACE TIMING
This race will be chip timed using disposable chip technology by RFID Timing. Timing chips are on the reverse side of your race number. Race numbers should be worn the correct way up, pinned to the front of your shirt and worn over your belly button.
