The Nun Run

This is definitely one of my favorite events on the schedule. This year was a perfect morning for either a 10km run, 5km run or 1 mile walk in Kiwanis Park. The Poor Clares do a great job and I know they are appreciative of the outpouring of support for The Nun Run.

Michael Smith posted a 19:31.9 and Connie Garrity a 23:03.7 for the male and femail wins in the 5km. The 10km was a fast race for the men with Benjamin Eid winning in 37:08.7 and Caitlin Robinson posting a 45:53.1 for the ladies. Thank you to Morning Star OB/GYN for their generous support of the race. Finally, thank you to all the volunteers that came out and made The Nun Run a huge success.
