The Poor Clares are happy to host this event – now in it’s 17th year and running! The Nun Run is The Poor Clare’s biggest annual fundraiser, and the most successful, thanks to YOU! With distances of 10km, 5km and 1 mile is something for everyone. The Nuns wish to “thank you ahead of time” for your support and they look forward to seeing you at the Run!

Join us for our 5th Annual Run for Autism Event - A community awareness & acceptance event to support Arizona Autism United, an organization providing services to local families living with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2006.

Runners go “owl out” at this 5K fun run through Old Town Avondale and Agua Fria High School’s campus! Runners will enjoy warm-ups with Hootie the Owl, encouragement from AFHS Clubs and Sports Teams, and a Finish-Line Block Party that is sure to cause a hoot!
