Ironcare Splash & Dash #4 – Post race report

Thanks to everyone that came out to participate in Ironcare Splash & Dash #4. We had a very special night thanks to Tim Bolen and the crew from Best Buddies.

Tim and Patrick teamed up for the 1500m swim/5km run as part of their preparation for full HITS on November 7.
