The 17th annual Heart & Sole 10K, 5K & 1 Mile race is sure to be a great activity for serious and recreational runners alike! This race will start and end at the brand new Goodyear Recreation Campus! We are also including a virtual option before the in-person race day to help you find your pace!
A new addition for the 2022 event – the city of Goodyear’s Heart & Sole race is adding on another route to get the heart pumping – we are happy to bring a 10K to this year’s event!

RACE TIMING
This race will be chip timed using disposable chip technology by RFID Timing. Timing chips are on the reverse side of your race number. Race numbers should be worn the correct way up, pinned to the front of your shirt and worn over your belly button.
