Please join Arizona Bleeding Disorders for a virtual run/walk on April 17th to celebrate World Hemophilia Day! The theme of World Hemophilia Day is “Light it Up Red”. So get outside and wear your best red shirt and run/walk for hemophilia and bleeding disorders! Choose between a 4.17 mile run/walk or a 4.17K run/walk. As a virtual run/walk you are guaranteed a personal record!
Registration is FREE but please consider a donation to help serve those with bleeding disorders in Arizona. With a donation of $4.17 you can provide a light rail pass to help an individual get to therapeutic appointments. A donation of $14.17, can help us provide personal hygiene products for those who recently lost their job. And with your donation of $40.17 you can help feed those children who are missing out on school lunches. And finally with a donation of $417 you can help send one child to Camp HONOR for a whole week and get your Arizona Tax Credit (as long as the donation is made by April 15th). For more information about our programs visit www.ArizonaHemophilia.org
We hope you join us on this great day and help us spread awareness for hemophilia and bleeding disorders.
HOW IT WORKS
Just register on-line by April 17th. We will post a results page at 4peaksracing.racetecresults.com with a list of all virtual registered runners. On Saturday April 17 or 18 run, walk (or both), track your time and then submit it by noon April 18 on the results page using the Enter Time icon next to your name.
If you run with a GPS watch or fitness app, we encourage you to upload the weblink to your course map from the app (not required). Your course map will be viewable for everyone to see. You can run anywhere (including on a treadmill) … as long as it’s in a safe environment AND in full compliance with all public health guidelines set out by local, state and federal entities.
