Turkey Trot

INTRODUCTION
Get off the couch and join us at the 16th Annual Anthem Turkey Trot. Beginning and ending at the Anthem Community Center, this rolling course winds through the beautiful Anthem community in the shadow of Daisy Mountain and Gavilan Peak. Bring the whole clan out to this fun, family, stroller friendly event! Finisher medals to all 5km and 10km participants.

CHARITY
Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item for The St. Rose Food Pantry. All participants that donate will go in the draw for some great raffle prizes from our sponsors.

KID’S DASH
The kid’s dash is a free non timed 1/2 mile run. Pre registering your child online is $10 and includes an event shirt. To run at no charge simply sign up your child race morning.

8:30 a.m. 10km Run begins
8:40 a.m. 5km Run begins
9:45 a.m. 5km & 10km awards presentation and raffle
10:00 a.m. Kids dash begins

RACE TIMING
This race will be chip timed using disposable chip technology by RFID Timing. Timing chips are on the reverse side of your race number. Race numbers should be worn the correct way up, pinned to the front of your shirt and worn over your belly button. Results will be available live at the results kiosk on a big screen TV.

Parking is available at the Anthem Community Center

The lot in the community center will fill up. Additional parking is also available at:
1) The Anthem Community Park (access from Gavillan Peak Parkway between Anthem Way & Whitman and walk across the bridge to the community center)
2) Surface street parking on Whitman between Gavillan Peak Parkway and Freedom Way
