“5K for HEROES” is a 5K run/walk/obstacle race donating 100% of the proceeds to the families of fallen heroes. The proceeds will be donated to organizations that support children and families of fallen Law Enforcement, Fire, and Military personnel.

This 5k will feature 4 options:
1. Traditional 5k run/walk
2. 5k including 10 overall stations/obstacles
3. Kids 1k obstacle adventure run as well.
4. Run “Virtually” on any date at any location.

RACE TIMING
This event is timed using equipment by RFID Timing Systems. All participants need to wear a timing chip around their ankle with the Velcro strap provided. The chips are reusable and need to be returned after the event. These chips are the athlete’s responsibility and missing chips will be charged to the athletes.
