Up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under the lane lines\, up lane 3\, etc. On completing the 8 lanes in the pool you will have done 200 meters. and will need to return to the swim start for a second loop. As you reenter the pool the starter will give you the right of way over athletes waiting to start. \nBike\nTwo loops for Super Sprint\nThree loops for Sprint\n \nRun\n \nTIMING\nThis event will be chip timed by 4 Peaks Racing using triathlon chips.
