The Nun Run Presented by Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes of the Diocese of Phoenix is their biggest annual fundraiser…and the most successful\, thanks to YOU! With distances of 10km run\, 5km run and 1 mile there is something for everyone. Your participation is greatly appreciated! Your support moves them one step closer to realizing their dream of building cloistered monastery in the heart of the Arizona desert. See ya at the Run! \nPope St. John Paul II is our 9th Annual Nun Run Patron. \n1. To honor his devotion to Our Lady and the Carmelite Order\, blessed brown scapulars will be given away at the Poor Clare booth.\n2. To honor his devotion to Our Lady’s Rosary\, all children under 18 get a free raffle ticket for a handmade Pope St. John Paul II Rosary\n3. The Fundraising Raffle this year will be for a Polish Moose named Lolek (St. JPII’s nickname as a child) – crocheted by Sr. Mary   Fidelis. Tickets are $1.\n4.
