Lost or unreturned chips will be charged to the athlete. Chips should be worn on your left ankle and must be returned at the finish. \nSPRINT TRIATHLON AWARDS\nOverall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the sprint triathlon. Age group awards will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers per the following age groups:\n10-14\n15-19\n20-24\n25-29\n30-34\n35-39\n40-44\n45-49\n50-54\n55-59\n60-64\n65-69\n70-74\n75-79\n80+\nAwards will also be given to the top three finishers in the following categories:\nClydesdales (Men 220 +lbs.)\nAthena’s (Women 165+ lbs.) \nRELAY AWARDS\nFirst place finishers in male\, female and coed will receive awards \nSUPER-SPRINT TRIATHLON\, DUATHLONS\, AQUA-BIKES & 5km AWARDS\nOverall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers \nSWIM START\nWe will start the swim fastest to slowest. There will be signs around the pool representing your estimated swim time. Please seed yourself accordingly. \nAQUA BIKE\nAqua Bike athletes complete the swim and bike only. Final time will be calculated at BIKE IN. Once you have finished please make your way to the finish line at your leisure to collect your medal\, grab a drink and return your timing chip. \nSITE MAP\n \nCOURSE\nPlease do not use the main community entrance to access the pool. When you are called to the pool please proceed through the south gate. \nSWIM\nEach athlete will be started one at a time with a 5-10 second gap. Enter the pool feet first. No diving! Up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under the lane lines\, up lane 3\, etc. On completing the 8 lanes in the pool you will have done 200 meters. and will need to return to the swim start for a second loop. As you reenter the pool the starter will give you the right of way over athletes waiting to start. \n \nBIKE\nThere will be a designated lane separating bike traffic from vehicular traffic around the entire course.\nTwo loops for Super Sprint\nThree loops for Sprint\n \nRUN

On exiting the pool go back to the starter at lane 1\, you will be given the right of way over those yet to start. Repeat your first leg through the pool then head to transition. Swim will start fastest to slowest. There will be signs around the pool representing your estimated swim time. Please seed yourself accordingly. \nBIKE (2 Loops\, 6 miles per loop)\nThere will be a designated lane separating bike traffic from vehicular traffic around the entire course. \n \nRUN\nTwo loops of the Anthem Community Park\n \nYOUTH COURSE\nSWIM\nEach athlete will be started one at a time with a 15 second gap. Each athlete will swim up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under than lane lines into lane 3 and repeat the process through all 8 lanes. \nBIKE\nThere will be a designated lane separating bike traffic from vehicular traffic around the entire course.\nTwo loops for adults\nOne loop for the kids \nRUN\nOne loop of the Anthem Community Park
