We will be using the pool gate to access the pool\n \nADULT COURSE\nSWIM (400m)\nEach athlete will be started one at a time with a 10 second gap. Each athlete will swim up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under than lane lines into lane 3 and repeat the process through all 8 lanes. On exiting the pool go back to the starter at lane 1\, you will be given the right of way over those yet to start. Repeat your first leg through the pool then head to transition. Swim will start fastest to slowest. There will be signs around the pool representing your estimated swim time. Please seed yourself accordingly. \n \nBIKE (4 Loops)\nHELMET REQUIRED\nExit transition at Anthem Merrill Ranch Community Center\nNorth on N.
