Once you have finished please make your way to the finish line at your leisure to collect your medal\, grab a drink and return your timing chip. \nSITE MAP\n \nCOURSE\nPlease do not use the main community entrance to access the pool. When you are called to the pool please proceed through the south gate. \nSWIM\nEach athlete will be started one at a time with a 5-10 second gap. Enter the pool feet first. No diving! Up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under the lane lines\, up lane 3\, etc. On completing the 8 lanes in the pool you will have done 200 meters. and will need to return to the swim start for a second loop.
