DESCRIPTION:Due to an ongoing transit delay\, the Dash with Rio shirts will not be available on race day. As soon as the shirts arrive\, we will mail them to the address provided during registration on Active. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.\nThank you for supporting Dash with Rio and helping raise funds for our students.   \nLOCATION\nKiwanis Park\nNorth Soccer Field\n5233 S Ash Ave\nTempe AZ 85283 \nROUTES\n10km = 2 loops\n \n5km = 1 loop\n \n1 Mile = 1 loop\n \nVIRTUAL RUN\nInterested in joining Dash with Rio but can’t make it to Kiwanis Park? Join as a virtual participant and participate remotely. All virtual participants will receive a Dash with Rio shirt and finisher medal. Register by 11:59 p.m. March 31 to receive by race day. However\, for those that plan to attend the race in person\, you will receive your shirt and bib at the event site on race day. Those that are participating virtually\, your shirt will be mailed to you. \nSATURDAY APRIL 18\n6:30 a.m. Packet pick up (race number\, timing chip and shirt) and race day registration at Kiwanis Park\n7:30 a.m. 10km begins\n8:00 a.m. 5km begins\n8:05 a.m. 1 Mile Walk begins\n8:45 a.m. 10km awards presentation\n9:00 a.m. 5km awards presentation \nIf you are arriving after 7:30 a.m. please be mindful that the 10km has already started. \nRACE TIMING\nThis race will be chip timed using disposable chip technology by RFID Timing. Timing chips are on the reverse side of your race number. Race numbers should be worn the correct way up\, pinned to the front of your shirt and worn over your belly button.  \n5k and 10k AWARDS\nAge group awards will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers per the following age groups:\n9 & Under\n10-14\n15-19\n20-29\n30-39\n40-49\n50-59\n60-69\n70-79\n80+
