No diving! Up lane 1\, under the lane lines\, down lane 2\, under the lane lines\, up lane 3\, etc. On completing the 8 lanes in the pool you will have done 200 yds and will need to return to the swim start for a second loop. In past years there has been crowding in the pool. Age group awards will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the adult distance per the following age groups:10-1415-1920-2425-2930-3435-3940-4445-4950-5455-5960-6465-6970-7475-7980+Awards will also be given to the top three finishers in the following categories:Clydesdales (Men 220 +lbs)Athenas (Women 165+ lbs)Relay \nTIMINGThe Anthem Sprint Triathlon is timed using equipment by RFID Timing Systems. All participants need to wear a timing chip around their ankle with the Velcro strap provided.
