Beginning on Freedom Way adjacent to the Anthem Community Center
North on Freedom to Anthem
East on Anthem to Daisy Mountain
Daisy Mountain south to Memorial
Memorial west to Freedom
Freedom north to Finish
This course is entirely on the road. A lane will be barricaded for runners and monitored by Maricopa County Sherriff's Department.

Memorial west to Freedom
Freedom north to finish line bypass and loop two.

SCHEDULE
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 25
4:00 p.m. Packet pick up and late registration opens at the Anthem Community Center. Must have registered by 6:00 p.m. Tuesday November 24.
5:30 p.m. Packet pick up and late registration closes
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 26
6:45 a.m. Packet pick up and late registration opens at the Anthem Community Center
8:45 a.m. 10km Run begins
8:55 a.m. 5km Run begins
10:00 a.m. Kids dash begins
10:15 a.m. Awards presentation -
KID'S DASH
The kid's dash is a free non timed 4/10th of a mile run. Parents must sign their children in at the registration area between 9am and 10am race morning. The kid's dash starts at the finish line and heads south on Freedom for 2/10th of a mile to the turn around. Then its a dash to the finish line. -
TIMING
This race will be chip timed using equipment by RFID Timing. Timing chips need to be fastened to your ankle with the velcro strap provided and will be collected from you as you cross the finish line. Once issued timing chips are the athletes responsibilty and non-returned chips will be charged to the athlete. -
DIRECTIONS
Take I-17 to Anthem Way (5 miles North of Carefree Highway). Exit east onto Anthem Way. Proceed straight through two sets of lights to Freedom Way. Turn right onto Freedom and into the Community Center parking lot. Event signs will be in place from the freeway exit. -

Surface street parking on Whitman between Gavillan Peak Parkway and Freedom Way
Safeway parking area (SW corner of Anthem Way & Gavillan Peak Parkway) -

Awards will also be given for oldest, youngest, furthest travelled participant and best Thankgiving costume. -
REFUNDS
A refund of half the entry fee paid, less any fees charged by Active for online entry, will be given if requested 30 days before race day. After that there are no refunds or transfers for any reason. This includes weather, injury or the necessity to change distances or the course due to unforeseen and/or unanticipated circumstances.
